We have come a long way since our family started
the El Pinto Restaurant in 1962. Featuring traditional
New Mexican recipes from our grandmother Josephina Chavez-Griggs,
we are proud to serve award-winning New Mexican food recognized
internationally for being the flavor of New Mexico. We started
with a small New Mexican restaurant in the beautiful Cottonwoods
in the North Valley and expanded as our customer base increased
and the demand for great red and green chile cuisine reached
beyond our New Mexico home.
