early reviews, including the prestigious three-star rating from
the Houston Chronicle Dining Guide, as well as being named among

Red.
It's the new color of The Remington Restaurant and a
good indication of the energy in it. The restaurant has gone
decidedly Modern American with a definite dash of Texas. There's
an open range of envelope-pushing dishes which include fresh-from-the-catch
seafood, seasoned meats and just-harvested vegetables and greens.
A red hot collection of California's finest wines and dashes
of varietals from around the world are sure to complete this
remarkable culinary creation. Open for evening dining as well
as lunch and breakfast, this fine dining venue offers indoor
and outdoor seating, weather permitting.
