John Kerr Branch House

The Branch House is at the corner of Monument and Davis Avenue. It appears to be the largest house on Monument Avenue at between 27,000 - 33,000 sq. ft. This Tudor Revival mansion was built for John K. Branch by Architect John Russell Pope. The design was inspired by the English house Compton Wynyates.
